Oklahoma district wins approval of $20 million bond proposal

Projects in Union district include elementary school remodeling

Voters in the Union (Okla.) school district have approved a $20 million bond issue. The money will pay for extensive remodeling at Grove Elementary School and updating at the Union Performing Arts Center. The 35-year-old Grove Elementary School needs classroom, cafeteria and gymnasium expansions because of student enrollment growth. Additional restrooms and a new main entrance with added security features are also planned for Grove. To read The Tulsa World article, click here.
