Willingboro (N.J.) district seeks funds to upgrade aging facilities

From The Burlington County Times: Voters in the Willingboro (N.J.) district will decide March 9 on a $67 million bond proposal that will cover costs to renovate the district’s aging schools. The work would include the replacement of boilers and windows and electrical upgrades at the district's seven school campuses.
