Tiny California school may become victim of budget crisis
Silverado Elementary School in Orange County, Calif., is an anachronism, a small-town school in a big-city district. The Orange Unified School District facing a potential $16.5 million cut in its $250 million budget, the cost of operating Silverado is drawing scrutiny.
