Dec. 1, 2010

From KATV-TV: The University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Ark., will hold a groundbreaking ceremony later this month for a new residence hall. The $18 million, 120,000-square-foot, five-story residential facility will replace 51-year-old Minton Hall, which has been closed for the past three years because of asbestos and the building's disrepair.
