New library facility at Concordia University in Portland, Ore.

Building also includes classrooms and academic centers

From The Portland Oregonian: Concordia University in Portland, Ore., has opened the 74,000-square-foot George R. White Library & Learning Center. The new library increases learning space at the university by 75 percent, doubles computer and book capacity, provides state-of-the-art classrooms and is the new home to six academic centers. The building is expected to achieve Gold LEED Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
