Brown University plans to construct medical building

$45 million facility would have 135,000 square feet of space

From the Providence Business News: Brown University is planning to construct the Warren Alpert Medical School building in the Jewelry District of Providence, R.I. The $45 million, 135,000-gross-square-foot building will include a central atrium, lecture halls, an anatomy lab, and case study and seminar rooms. It is scheduled to open in August 2011. The architect is Ellenzweig Associates.
