Oklahoma district seeks funds for elementary

Owasso voters will decide fate of $40 million proposal.

The Owasso (Okla.) district is seeking approval on Nov. 13 of a $40 million bond issue. The money would enable the district to build its eighth elementary school as well as a wellness center on the high school campus. The proposal also includes funding requests for band uniforms, transportation improvements and technology upgrades.
