More than 1,500 Detroit school employees have ineligible dependents on health care plans

From The Detroit Free Press: It just gets worse. Detroit Public Schools Emergency Financial Manager Robert Bobb has uncovered more than 1,500 employees carrying ineligible dependents on their district health care plans. And those are just the folks who turned themselves in.
