Orange County, Fla., approves zoning for high school site

Officials say new campus is needed to relieve crowding.

Orange County, Fla., leaders have approved a new relief high school in the eastern part of the district, despite concerns about traffic and its effect on nearby rural lands. School officials say the school will relieve crowding at two nearby high schools.
