Construction set to begin this month on $7.5 million project

From The Portland Oregonian: Concordia University in Portland, Ore., will break ground later this month on a new university and community athletic complex. But first, the university must get rid of 30 vacant houses behind the new library and parking lot. The university has begun to seek $1 million in donations toward the $7.5 million project cost.
