Mixed-used development coming to Cleveland State University

From WTAM.com: Cleveland State University leaders have broken ground on the Campus Village, a $50 million mixed-use community. It will feature nine buildings, 300 market-rate apartments, residential amenities and 9,000 square feet of retail space.
