Five New Jersey bond proposals in Camden and Gloucester counties
The New Jersey School Boards Association says five school districts in Camden and Gloucester counties, will hold referendums Tuesday on school construction proposals. Two--Delsea Regional and Washington Township-- have solar-energy panels in their plans.
