Facebook posting gets Charlotte school employee fired

Seven district employees have been disciplined because of offensive postings on social networking site

An after-school staffer in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg (N.C.) School District has been fired and a second classroom teacher could face the same fate because of offensive Facebook postings. A total of seven district faculty have been disciplined in connection with pages on the social networking site.
