More administrative reorganization in Baltimore district

From The Baltimore Sun: Baltimore City schools CEO Andres Alonso has ordered another reorganization at the central office that could eliminate positions. Alonso says the plan is in the preliminary stages, but will continue his three-year effort to decentralize administrative offices and push more resources into schools.
