They want to create a network of 15 additional charters

From The Cleveland Plain Dealer: Three highly regarded Cleveland charter schools want to create a network of 15 more charters that would work with, not compete against, the city school district. Citizens' Academy, Intergenerational School and Entrepreneurship Preparatory School are seeking $5 million in federal stimulus money to develop the network, which would serve 5,000 students from preschool to 12th grade.
