Rulings says Utah district engaged in racial profiling

Garfield district rejected a native of India as a substitute teacher

From The Salt Lake Tribune: An administrative law judge in Utah has determined that Garfield School District officials engaged in racial profiling and prejudice when in 2001, they rejected Harshad Desai for a substitute teaching position based on his perceived similarities to the 9/11 terrorists.
