From The New York Daily News: Four officials with one of New York City's largest after-school programs allegedly stole $82,000 by turning in bogus bills for food, drink, bowling outings and a no-show job. The four members of the Sports & Arts in Schools Foundation, including a mother and daughter, have been arrested on theft charges.
