Students in Philadelphia left in unheated bus for two hours

Twenty-three students from the Folk Arts-Cultural Treasures Charter School spent two hours shivering.

Twenty-three students from the Folk Arts-Cultural Treasures Charter School in Philadelphia spent two hours shivering inside their unheated bus after it broke down. A student finally summoned police, who escorted students to a nearby elementary school., where they waited in warmth.
