New Logan Middle will be built on existing campus

The Waterloo (Iowa) district is building a $13.5 million middle school to replace the existing Logan Middle School. The 98,000-square-foot school will be built on the portion of the existing 35-acre site where the football field and track are situated. All of the classrooms in the new building will be on one level; a 2,000-square-foot upper level will house mechanical rooms. The architect is InVision Architecture.
