Community showers are not what students want.

In ongoing efforts to modernize its campus, Transylvania University in Lexington, Ky., will tear down and replace two of its dorms. The construction project is designed to attract more students, the Lexington Herald-Leader reported. The outmoded dorms house 150 students and have communal showers, which university officials say no longer fits with the way that students expect to live on campus.
