New facility will replace 62-year-old Franklin Elementary

Video from WHSV-TV: Construction has begun on a new school building in Pendleton County, W.Va. The $12.6 million facility will replace Franklin Elementary School, which has been in use since 1951 and is beginning to show its age.

The $12.6 million project will also help with some space needs.
