Residence hall under construction at Wentworth Institute of Technology

Facility on Boston campus will provide 305 beds for juniors and seniors.

Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston is building a 305-bed residence hall for junior and senior students. The 110,870-square-foot building will have 72 units of living space, ground-floor offices, common space, and bike storage areas. The construction manager is BOND and the architect is Beacon Architectural Associates. BOND has worked on the renovation and expansion of Wnetworth's Center for Sciences and Biomedical Engineering, and has served as construction manager for two other residence halls.
