The Pennsylvania House of Representatives approved a bill to modernize state reimbursements for school construction projects. The bill proposes to create an electronic database of construction projects in an effort to streamline the paper-based system currently in place in the state, the Daily Journal reported.

The bill passed 109-86 and will now go to the Senate.
