A Penn State University freshman died after either falling or jumping from an 85-foot-tall construction crane at the university’s main campus,Reuters has reported. Jack Crean, an 18-year-old from Boalsburg, Pa., was found at about 11 a.m. Sunday, just one day before classes started.
