Board votes to include safe room at Cesar Chavez Elementary

The Oklahoma City (Okla.) School Board has approved construction of a combination gymnasium and safe room for the district's second largest elementary school. NewsOK.com reports that the safe room and gym would be built at Cesar Chavez Elementary School, where 944 students are enrolled.
