Districts merge, but dress codes will be different

Students in what were Memphis schools will wear uniforms, but those in what were Shelby County schools will not.

VIDEO: The Memphis and Shelby County (Tenn.) school systems are becoming one in 2013-14, but school dress codes will remain separate, at least for the first year of the consolidated district. WMC-TV says children attending a school that was in the Memphis district will continue to wear uniforms, but those enrolled at a school from the county district will not have to wear uniforms.
