Suspect allegedly planned to have 2 administrators and 2 police officers shot.

A 17-year old boy has been charged in connection with a plan to shoot two law enforcement officers and two administrators at Topeka West High School in Topeka, Kan. The Topeka Capital Journal reports that Brendan Steven Moore, 17, has been charged with four counts of soliciting first-degree murder. Shawnee County District Court records say the intended victims were two assistant principals at Topeka West, a Topeka police officer and a school district police officer. Moore "commanded, encouraged or requested" another person to take part in the crimes, court records say.
