School's campuses plan to add nearly 4,000 over 6 years

From The Columbus Dispatch: Ohio University wants to add nearly 4,000 more students over the next six years, primarily at the regional campuses, in graduate programs and online. The university's plan would increase its total enrollment by 11 percent by 2016, to more than 38,000 students on the Athens and five regional campuses.
