From The Louisville Courier-Journal: Jefferson County (Ky.) Public Schools will hire or transfer 120 teachers as part of a comprehensive district plan to overhaul six of its lowest-performing middle and high schools by replacing as much as 60 percent of their faculty, and in some cases, their principals.
