Compensation for Dwight Jones, now Colorado education commissioner, would be $350,000 a year

From The Las Vegas Sun: The Clark County (Nev.) School Board has approved an employment agreement for Dwight Jones, who has been offered the job of schools superintendent. The four-year agreement is valued at $350,000 a year, including a $270,000 salary and benefits. The start date, Dec. 1, is tentative, pending negotiation with Superintendent Walt Rulffes, who is retiring. Jones is the Colorado education commissioner.
