District projects from $1 billion program have come in $59 million under budget

From The Cary News: Wake County (N.C.) school board members will have to decide whether the best way to spend $59 million in school construction savings is on building two elementary schools that could open in 2013. The $59 million was accumulated from projects coming in under budget from the district's ongoing $1.056 billion construction program.
