Nixa (Mo.) district schedules bond election for elementary school

Voters asked to approve $18.5 million proposal


The Nixa (Mo.) School District has placed an $18.5 million bond proposal on the April 7 ballot. The money would enable the district to build a 64,360-square-foot elementary school that could hold 450 to 500 students in grades 5 adn 6. In addition, bond funds would pay to renovate Main Street Elementary.
