Buhler (Kan.) district rejects bond package

Money would have paid for upgrades at several campuses.

Voters in the Buhler (Kan.) district have rejected a bond package that would have paid for about $39.4 million in facility improvements. A $34.6 million would have provided funds for additions and renovations at all six of the district's schools. A separate $4.8 million request would have provided funds for a new middle school gymnasium.
