Summit Hall accommodates 500 students

From The New York Times: Queens College in New York City has opened the Summit, the college’s first residence hall. The five-story beige brick building — don’t call it a dorm, the college asks — is designed to attract more and better students from the metropolitan area and beyond, and to offer a residential experience at what had traditionally been a commuter school. It is home to about 500 young men and women.
