Central School District J puts $47 million plan on ballot
Central School District J in Independence, Ore., is seeking approval of a $47.3 million bond proposal next month that would pay for a high school expansion. The upgrade to Central High School would increase capacity to 1,200 students and add a performing arts auditorium and an athletic field.
