Schools must meet academic and management conditions

From The Philadelphia Inquirer: The Philadelphia School Reform Commission says 11 charter schools will receive new, five-year operating charters once they met a series of conditions. The commission also voted to allow 17 other charters to expand in the fall. The 11 schools whose charters were renewed must meet academic and management conditions before their charters are granted.
