Video from WFTV-TV: A 17-year-old boy has been charged with shooting a 15-year-old student outside the ninth-grade center at West Orange High School in Winter Garden, Fla. Police say Ja'Roderick Smith, 15, was hospitalized after sustaining gunshot wounds in the face and abdomen.
