Man collapsed before school started at Largo High in the Prince George's County district

A substitute teacher died Friday morning at a high school in Prince George’s County, Md., after suffering a medical emergency. The Washington Post says the man, whose identity was not disclosed, collapsed at about 7:45 a.m. in a stairwell at Largo High School in Upper Marlboro. Emergency workers responded, but were unable to revive him. No students were in the stairwell when the incident occurred.
