St. Louis University is close to opening new home for law school

Faculty and staff are scheduled next month to move into a new home for the St. Louis University law school. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch says work crews are putting the finishing touches on the 185,000-square-foot facility. The former downtown office building, built in 1964, has been redesigned to fit the law school’s needs with more study rooms, a 200-person courtroom, 100 indoor parking spaces, and courtroom technology recommended by the federal courts. The building was donated by Joe and Loretta Scott of Scott Properties, a real estate company
