A 16-year-old boy riding his skateboard to school in Monroe, Ga., was killed when he was struck by several vehicles. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution says Jacob Little was heading to Monroe Area High School when his skateboard rolled away from him and he stepped into traffic to retrieve it. Police say the teen was struck by three vehicles, but only one of them stopped at the scene.
