Thirteen months after a fire destroyed the Hoboken Charter School in Hoboken, N.J., students have returned to the campus. The New York Daily News says the school's 198 K-8 students had been relocated to a temporary facility in Jersey City after the Sept. 7, 2012 blaze. The new building has about 40 percent more space than before, including two additional floors and an outdoor roof deck.
