Authorities say theft of copper wire may have triggered explosion.

Video from NBCBayArea.com: Power has been restored to most of the University of California at Berkeley campus on Tuesday morning following an explosion and power outage that prompted a campus wide evacuation. Authorities say the explosion likely was set into motion last week when vandals stole some copper. Most buildings on campus had power back and classes would resume as normal except for 12 buildings that aren't operational.
