Video from NBC 4 New York: Four adults and 20 children were treated at a hospital for teary eyes, nausea and coughing after a student released pepper spray at an elementary school on Long Island, N.Y. Fire officials say a child sprayed the substance in a first-floor hallway of Northern Parkway School in Uniondale.
