Pedaling while studying: Exercise bikes help ADHD students concentrate (Video)

VIDEO from WFAA-TV: About 100 students at the Shelton School, a Dallas school that serves students with learning disabilities, are spending one 55-minute period a day on stationary bikes during classroom instruction. Researchers believe non-stop pedaling reduces symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and other learning differences.
