Mother of 12-year-old suicide victim says New York City schools failed to stop bullying

The family of a bullied New York City teenager who committed suicide is suing the city, the school board and the children who allegedly picked on him. NY1 says Joel Morales.12, hanged himself himself in May 2012 after enduring two years of harassment. The boy's mother, Lisbeth Babilonia, says she complained many times to school officials about her son's treatment and filed a complaint with city police.
