Monroe County is constructing facilities in Smithville to replace ones destroyed by a fierce 2011 tornado.

Video from WTVA-TV: The Monroe County (Miss.) district is rebuilding school facilities on its Smithville campus that were destroyed by a powerful tornado in 2011.
