District decides the Imagine Discovery Public Charter School will stay open as a regular public school

After five years of below-average performance, Imagine Discovery Public Charter School, the only charter school in the Baltimore County (Md.) district, will lose its license to operate in July. The Baltimore Sun says the campus will stay open next year as a regular public school. Imagine Discovery, opened in 2008, was the first and only charter to open in Baltimore County.
