Baltimore County (Md.) district seeks $3.7 million security upgrade

A proposed $3.7 million plan to boost security in Baltimore County (Md.) schools calls for cameras that stream live to police stations and patrol cars, new entry systems on all campuses and a modern visitor identification system. The Baltimore Sun says all camera systems would be installed in all elementary and special education schools in the district. Middle and high schools already have them.
