Backers of a statewide bond measure for school storm shelters in Oklahoma are asking the state Supreme Court for more time to gather signatures. The Oklahoman reports that the group Take Shelter Oklahoma has accused state Attorney General Scott Pruitt of changing the wording of the proposed ballot
