After months of delays, 2 elementary schools open in San Antonio

North East district had hoped to open Las Lomas and Vineyard Ranch schools in August.

VIDEO from KENS-TV: The North East (Texas) Independent School District in San Antonio has opened two new elementary campuses after months of construction delays. Construction at Vineyard Ranch and Las Lomas elementaries stopped last summer after workers walked off the job, complaining they weren't getting paid.
